Out of every antivirus i prefer Avast antivirus, it contain all the features you would expect in a modern antivirus program.it provide self strong self-protection capabilities, and provides even faster scanning with improved detection abilities.avast reduces the of losing your computer being attack or infected by virus and losing your private and important data. There are some features which enable avast to monitor your emails, internet connections and check the files on your computer when they are opened or closed.
When you install avast, there are some settings you must enable some features.

1. Install Avast! free Antivirus.
2. Enter your Avast free antivirus licensed key, you can ask for avast licensed key from avast.
3. Set the Real-time shields settings, the real-time shields are the most important part of the program, as they are working continuously to prevent your computer from becoming infected.
Out of the eight shields, there are four Shields that must be set.
1. File system shield
2. Mail shields
3. P2P shields
4. IM shields
To set the settings,
1. First open Avast and click Real-time shields
2. Out of the eight shields, there are four shields you can set as i named before.
3. click the four shields one by one, after clicking the shield
4. click the Expert settings as shown in the screenshot.
5. After clicking the expert settings it will show a dialog box. It will some features just click Actions, in there you can choose the action you want avast to perform when the virus is detected.
There are three options to choose. you select
1. Repair
2. Delete
3. Move to chest
6. After selecting the option and click OK.
Now Avast can protect your PC from Virus.
